Nope...that's not good at all. I'm not sure if it was done by a bored person with a marker, or if done by the casino to mark them for a specific use. either way, it severely drops the value of them.

It's good that you also have them with out the marker.

I'd guess the values of them (in very nice condition) sold on Ebay should see around 15.00. Condition with chips is crucial.
