I've taken a look at mine, with this result:

20 x 1 chips - both molds present on all chips.

4 x $5 GO (gold ribbon) - all with LCV

4 x $5 GO (purple ribbon) - all with LCV

4 x $5 rack chip - 2 with both molds

1 with LCV only (both sides)

1 with SCV only (both sides)
