OK!

They were made in 1986 according to TCR # 10 but they had concrete/mortar all over them, the tokens they came with did too, LEAD and otherwise! Some of the $5 chips that were included were made in the 80's...

I'm at least knowledgeable enough to recognize tiny bits of concrete/mortar! The seller seemed highly knowledgeable about where the tokens & chips were when he recovered/acquired them so if they weren't buried what were they... Perhaps only the date of burial is wrong!
