Apparently the pie mold had broken sometime before Bill's death. I was able to get only the Mint 1000 with inserts when I got my other commemoratives there in the early 90's. I still don't have a Mint 1000 pie chip but there must be several boxes out there somewhere, probably sold one chip at a time.
