Yes, they can control the payouts...we already do it on ours. Heck, they have to be able to control that. I guess if the regulators regulate and they stay on the up and up, then all should be fine. I bet they will worry more about glitches and hackers the most. That Phrozen Crew mob is pretty good, ha.
