That is a bad rim nick, I'd probably call it a flake. Just couldn't live with that kind of a defect, I'd always know it was there even if I was looking at the good side. Dirt I can't remove is always frustrating but at least it tells part of the story about the chip. I'm always sympathetic to the little guys with the cigarette burns however and they can always convalesce in my collection.
