Sounds like your experience did not have as good an outcome as mine. Who was the seller? I want to stay away from him/her.

It seems like there should be total intolerence for this behavior. Then again, I guess some sleazy buyers could falsely claim the seller sent an inferior chip and then what do you do?

I guess the old adage "buyer beware" applies to some degree.
