From a slightly different angle...

It's the old Mint Hotel, now Binion's, as seen from room 1135 of the Las Vegas Club Hotel. You can see the Fremont St. Experience Canopy, on the other side of the canopy are the Golden Nugget hotel towers, you can see the facade of Binion's Casino at the base of the tower.

The lights on top of the tower (seen in the picture on the other post) is the Binion's "B" logo on top of the clock/thermometer...which didn't photograph well.

The view over the valley doesn't photograph well, either . In person you can identify the Stratosphere, Rio, Orleans, Palms, Palace Station, Circus Circus, a corner of the Bellagio, and used to be able to see the Stardust sign.
