Yes I am selling Primaries (which have 4 different edge spots vs the Secondaries which have 3 different edge spots of a different color). The primaries are shown.

And yes they are in used condition.

I have only removed 5 hotstamps myself and I used Isopropyl alcohol and about 2 cotton balls per chip. I couldn't imagine doing this for 100 or more.
