TCR 10 was issued in 2004, C&W #3 was issued in 2005. James has a note in the C&W that says prices have dropped as many of the chips have show up on and collectors are unsure of how many are out there. I'm sure the price was higher in C&W #2. (I'd look, but I keep it in my car and my husband has my car today.)
