The question was would I discriminate against this person in hiring him for a job. The look would not be a primary criteria.

Would I want a friend or relative to look like this? Probably not, I don't find it pleasant to look at. But having grown up around a lot of different types of people, I am not overly put off by it either.

I am only answering the question asked. I don't have to socialize with the kid, I'm hiring good workers, not sociable companions.
