However, in my studies of International Law, I've found reference to an unpublished section of the Magna Carta that explicitly denies all legal protections and civil liberties to any people declared "Enemy Combatants" by either Prince John or the Sheriff of Nottingham. It was a secret protocol added by Sir Richard of Cheney as a signing note.
