As I recall, I got this chip off the board here. In looking for it in TCR, I can only find a reference to a light blue one (N3486) with an "E" value. (This one is brite orange, contrary to the scan!)

Questions:

Is the reference to light blue wrong, or is the orange version just not recorded (yet)?

Does anyone know how these were released and, if used as a toke, in what value?
