Well gee, I've got this nice matchbook... let's get the chips that go with it!

Matchbook = $4........... Chips = $600....... Gadzooks!

So far I've got this singleton New Frontier and it's got a feature I really like. Some pioneering chip collector has filled the cancellation hole. Not meant to deceive like the modern version of "modified" chips but just to make the chip look nicer is my guess. Hall of Famer Phil Jensen is said to have filled the holes on some of his chips some years back and I'll be asking around about this one at the convention this year. Who knows, perhaps I'll run into the man hisself for an answer! I'll also show him my mustard HHL Diamond Jim's Nevada Club quarter with the red plug at the inserts and see if he remembers that one.
