Makes you wonder why they actually need redemption notices then 
Is it just to indicate where you would go to cash the chips?
Lets complicate this a bit more. What about 'reserve chips' from a closed casino?
lets complicate it even more. Distinguish between reserve chips that were actually on the tables fleetingly, and those which should not have ever left the vault.
BTW - If I bring back this rack of Playboy $500's, where do I go to redeem them, and do they pay cash?
