() These chips were recently acquired by Jayson Yee (no relation to the infamous John Yee) a 
member from the ChipTalk.net community.
Jayson posted a "Chip ID" question in the Collector's Corner forum and showed these white "DOC'S" chips. He also advised that he recently acquired them, but wasn't immediately able to post pics.
The first pic was the 8 white chips I displayed, and later on he posted some more pics, including this one:
