Here's the 1st edition, leather bound with a Chipco in an air-tight stuck in the cover! It was a good day when I bought the book. I'd been over to Bill Akeman's The Chip Gallery at Gambler's General Store and had added a couple of chips to my collection of about 6 or 16 or who knows and then over to Gambler's Book Store where Howard Schwartz rang up Steve and James book, April 5, 2000.
