they don't care about noise. They DO NOT want a bunch of spectators there getting hurt and a bunch of extra police standing by to do crowd control. Actually the Bourbon Street was done at the same time if I remember correctly. And the Wynn parking garage will be done I think this Monday morn @ about 2 am. I guess the dust will clear b4 daylight so the EPA can't fine them LMAO!!
