I've found a place where I can get #000 bubble mailers at about 4 cents per. I have to buy 500 at a time.

Anybody interested in splitting up case or cases?

I will coordinate everything here, you cover the cost for the envelopes you want and the shipping to your destination. I'm thinking 50 as a minimum per person.
