To get "Win Cards" Chips, you go to the Casino's Players/Slot club show them your card, and fill out a little form, then usually they give you a receipt/Note to take to the main cage where you give usually $10.00 and the note and the cage gives you $15.00 in "Win Cards" chips! which are used again usually on my favorite game "CRAPS", or on "BLACKJACK" or "ROULETTE" and some Casino's give you a pamphlet with "Player's Guides" for the three games in it.
