I reported a few cases last week of sellers trying to pass off Nevada toy banks as trade stimulators. I watched the auctions. One auction got bids and the other got none. eBay didn't do a thing.

eBay/PayPal have a license to print money. They need to police their auctions to protect their customers from fraud. As in this case of pseudo ivory chips, you don't have to be a rocket scientist, or even a sharp tack in the board, to smell a rat.
