This is the 12 and 1/2 cent chip I posted a while back. The location is a little fuzzy, but Campiglia and Wells list the joint as from Reno. Possibly a a partnership between Ernie Primm and Harold Smith, both Nevada gambling pioneers. I sure would like someone to make the positve ID. I really like the chip and the unusual denomination.
