I understand and agree generally with what you have said; in the U.S. state gaming laws govern supposedly but I would like to see what a court would do if someone had a large amount of LE's particularly if they had gone up in value and if a Nevada or AC casino sought to recover them. Since the LE's are marketed for "sale" and since there are some suppliers who sell their product to casinos on the basis that the casinos make a profit when chips are kept by collectors, it seems to me that a contract of sale would be imposed...just a thought...a thought that does not apply to roulette chips and a thought that might not apply to rack chips.
