Beginning Thursday, the El Cortez will become what is believed to be the first Las Vegas casino to offer an extensive food-while-you-play menu to all slot and table players. According to casino management, the menu includes hamburgers, baby back ribs, chicken fingers and quesadillas and will be priced cheaper than the casino's coffee shop.
