I was clearing out some of the saved junk I had and re read it last night, just the like the first time it made me bawl like a baby. I lost a friend in HS to a drunk driver. I find representing them very hard because when they offer up dumb comments or justifications, I just want to beat the cra* out of them. I'm pretty sure that isn't allowed. When I was a prosecutor, I was a terror on them (I tried to give them all jail time).
