You sent me a nasty email, not one asking if there was a problem, you didn't attempt to reach me here, you asked why I ordered chips I didn't intend to pay for. That is offensive, and you owe me an apology. The tone was accusatory, the language clear.
I am more than happy to forward your last email, and the emails I sent to an agreed third party to verify my veracity. I don't get angry often, but congrats, you got on my last nerve.
