I'm just giving everyone a heads up about a buyer on ebay who has received 150% or more payment by using paypal fraud dept. Buyer spreli has done this to several ebay sellers by claiming non receipt of chips and working out a "compromise". Then after either more chips are sent or money refunded he will file a paypal claim and receive another refund. I have canceled my paypal account, because of their inability to stop the problem. They usually just refund your disputed amount and let the refund still be paid to spreli. My ebay profile is bigjohnson438 if interested. I just don't like to see people taken advantage of...especially me!!
