I was with Tyrus on the strip Saturday night around the Bellagio/Caesar's area. And yes, there were tons of "thugs" around. In fact, they were definately the major presence. ALOT of police and security all over Vegas that weekend. I didn't get the feeling of being in any danger, however, I also wasn't walking around alone.
