You may want to note that this sub thread was initiated by Pasternack, who is not a lawyer. I don't care for AOL, and I am far from being the only one. AOL doesn't improve because most people just accept it. If computers were held to the same standard that any other product or service was, life would be so much better.

I am supposed to have pop up blocker, yet I have pop ups almost continuously (they happen to be pop ups for AOL services, or from companion companies that have paid a fee to AOL.
