Used to vacation at the Trop pre-hobby and attended a couple of conventions at the old girl too. Restuarant sucks but that's my favorite part of the strip so I always found something fun to do there. Ah man, sharing the Island Tower elevator with some bikini'ed Miss Hawaiian Tropic Pagent contestants, a sizzlin' steak at a cool, cool Raffles at M Bay on on a hot day, winning Steve's $$$ over at Monte Carlo, Dueling Piano's at NYNY's Times Square Bar pre-cover charge years, having a gin & tonic and watching the belly dancer and the golf matches on Tv at that bar in the Luxor casino and doging Flamingo poop in the Tropicana pool area on my way to breakfast somewhere else in spite of the georgeous hooker that invited me to join her and her gf for something to eat at the Trop buffet.

Sigh, it's gonna be Aug. before I get back to LV so thanks for perking up my rainy Feb Tuesday Paul, sounds like you did very well for yourself!
