I spent some time in the Silver Slipper in 1960 (for only for research, not to watch the strippers!) and there was usually a small game in the back of the joint through a door. It was a very small room and an even smaller game.

This same joint had previously been the Stardust for a very short time and I think if either chips came from there, they were like advertising chips, not anything used in a game.

Think about it...would they have had a $500 chip like the maroon hourglass Silver Slipper chip?...or even a $50 chip like the one from the Stardust?

Believe me,people in this sewer would kill you for $25, not the kind of place for high rollers.
