If you hold it to a regular US silver dollar, are they the same size? Your link to the other side is a 1921 Morgan dollar (common).
If so, could be of value to someone who collects "mules."
Definitely post 1971 and no later than '94...you can still drive on Fremont St on that coin.
I'd guess late 70s.
