...in order for any non-state/government building in NV to be legally posted, they must put a sign at EVERY public entrance (or have a metal detector, like they do at the Stratosphere tower entrance). Without a sign everywhere, most they can do is ask you to leave. If you then refuse, it becomes trespass.
USA 3000 is the only airline that prohibits firearms in checked baggage on flights.
