if you look at his feedbacks, since Oct he has 2 from buyers and both are neutrals. The rest are from sellers and look like a bunch of cell phones and other low priced items to build up his feedback. That is how I read people's feedback on Ebay. Esp. w/ 2 CHIPS like these. I may be dead wrong but I would NOT bid a $100 on his auctions.
