Steve 1st you click on "browse" and find the pic ya want to upload.(your first time you will have to put in your email in the line below "browse")

2nd. Where you see "host it!", click that.

3rd. next you will see several links and a small version of your picture. You want to highlight and copy the link that says "direct link to image". After that just post it here as you normally would.
