Dan, you found the gotcha that those of us in the tax industry fear. Both W-2's are fine its just when they do the withholding they figure the tax if that was your only income, not additional income on top of your main job. We actually have a casino here that runs two payrolls, tips and regular earnings, and when put together its next to impossible to come up with a refund. When I tell the bad news I always want to duck under my desk. At least it is not an amount that will give you additional penalties.
