I quit smoking 1 year and 363 days ago...not that I am counting. LOL I used the patch to help me quit. I smoked for 20 years and at first I thought the only way the patch was going to help me is if I rolled it up at smoked it. But I made it through the 6 or so weeks of wearing the patch and I have not looked back.
