I quit 30 years ago after smoking 2 packs of Lucky Strikes a day....I read an article in the Readers Digest about a cancer ward in a hospital that had one person that had cancer in the throat but still smoked through a hole in his chest....UGGGG...I looked in the mirror one day and asked myself, "are you gonna be a slave to those little white cigarettes?" I just quit there on the spot......I did it, AND SO CAN YOU....throw them away NOW and tell your wife to do it NOW too...you can help each other......another thing, since then I have been to several autopsies and seen the insides of a smokers lungs...UGLY UGLY....Get serious and tough NOW.
