Mayor Oscar is determined that "Old Vegas" will survive. LOL! I know what you are saying though. BUT from a money standpoint, how many big money people or Asians (as those seem to be the big money people that visit and buy second homes/condos here)visit the real Old Vegas or the Riv or Sahara? They seem to like the Mega Resort type of places where they can be treated like a "reel" big fish.
