Mark, I agree with your dad. Quitting cold turkey was a miserable experience and there is no need to put yourself thru that hell today. 15 years later and I still get excited when I whiff nicotine. I feel like I could hack my way thru a pack and be right back where I was then.

I can't offer an opinion on CHANTIX. I don't know about that. Just keep plugging away at it until you find the one that works for you and Lynn.
