I bet you don't even have plows in MD

My cousins sister lives in MD (she's from NY so knows what our winters are like). She lives in the rich part of Annapolis. As she said when they get 6 inches the city shuts down.

I got stranded at my cousins house Monday night (snowing, blowing snow, white outs at 3:00 in the afternoon), he got a foot of snow. North of Syracuse they got 3 or 4 feet of snow.

I'd take 3 inches anyday
