used to work in all aspects of the restaurant business. Just after he left that field for another, he told me he would never eat at a restaurant that didn't have a few bugs. He said it would take so many chemicals to eliminate them all, it would be much worse than the bugs. Of course, he never said he wanted the bugs in the food, but they can generally be found in the vicinity.
