It's not about being bold or smart or dumb. It's about the feeling of security that the news report preyed on with this story. I feel safe with my door open, because I know that I can replace anything if I need to. As I said before I was robbed. I learned from it. I learned who I was and who i wanted to be. This story makes me laugh, because I feel safe and secure wthout locks
And just because my door is open, doesn't mean it's going to be easy! You better come prepared, but if you are, hey, it's all yours. I'm not going to spend thousands of dollars to feel safe. You can't buy feelings. I am safe. And there's nothing in my house worth the risk. If you can get the plasma off the wall without killing yourself, it's yours, because I damn near killed myself putting it up there. If you can find the rest of my goodies (which would be about meaningless to a crook - hard-drive, laptop, original copies of my books, etc) then take em. Everything that means anything to me is backed up in VA.
