I think its funny how everyone thinks Bellagio would know who has $5000 house chips. These "flags" pass around in the poker room much more freely than in the pit. They are often traded for cash or "foreign" chips among players. I know players that walk around with between $20K and $50K and they are considered middle limit players. It would be very easy to "cash" this chip if he indeed has it and I would pay $3000 any day if it is authentic.
