If you are buying the money clip hoping to get a first edition Trop $100, then it is junk. If you are buying the money clip, hoping to get a gambling related money clip, then you got what you want. It would, therefore, not be junk.
If I bought a matchbook, thinking it I was getting a swizzle stick, then for me, it's junk.
Also, I still contend that an NCV should be a chip that is meant, in some fashion, to be gambled with. No chip, whether [wholly sold in a gift shop, or the GGS, or McCarran airport , should be considered an NCV.
BTW, would you consider the fake Borlands, if Borland had made them while the casinos were still open, to be NCV.
