Congrats on your loss! I have also been dieting since the beginning of January but have only lost 18 lbs. to date. I eat a SlimFast snack bar for breakfast, a slim shake for lunch and a Healthy Choice TV dinner foir dinner, never after 6PM. I allow myself one nice evening dinner out with my wife but have been strictly honest with myself the rest of the time. I started at 225 and am shooting for 200!
