"Due Process" is NOT a concept exclusive to a Democracy. And regardless of what form of rule one would label the Club, it remains that we have several "due process" concepts that we currently follow. The Complaint process being one of them.

My second point is that this is a discussion board. It serves no purpose to say "You need not respond!" If you do not want a response, then don't post a reply.

I disagree with your statement that the Club, "When it comes to dealing with its members it can do whatever it wants whenever it wants." And you can't stipulate that I not respond, unless we are in a Dictatorship.

So, here we have mentioned "due process" several times, within a thread that has at least one post from Aaron, yet he has not weighed in on this.
