I see it, the Board is not positioned to take action on things they are merely a witness to.
In order to take the type of action you are referring to, I believe that a formal complaint needs to be filed. (Interestingly enough, last time I saw the requirements, even a non-Club member can file the complaint, not just a Club member.)
In any event, the claim needs to be completed and submitted to Wayne Thompson, Vice-President.
Archie, please understand, I am not suggesting that you, or anyone else specifically file a claim, only that filing is an option of the Club's structure.
