Here are several reasons why and I will let you choose the one you like.

1) He lied to me (And the rest of the board) at least once and who knows how many other times. Like I said, I always believed once a liar, always a liar

2) Numerous people have had problems with him by either not receiving chips from him or him claiming not to have received thier chips. I remind you, not just once or twice but many times. How many times has this happened to you Chuck? I have traded thousands and thousands of chips thru the mail and I have only had one package come up missing.

3) He has openly admitted to on numerous occations bidding on chips and then delaying payment for purchases because "He was out of money". Not only is this unethical, it is against Ebay and Jackpot policy and I believe may be illegal.

4) He has openly admitted here on the board to violation the code of ethics but in his words, It was OK because he was not a club member at that time. Hmmm, great reason for unethical behaviour.

5) He has failed to renew his club membership not once but twice which shows me he doesnt really care to be in this club. Why would anyone who enjoys the club choose simply not to be a member?

6) He has told us all that he planned on selling all his chips and getting out of chipping, yet he continues to buy chips.

7) 95% of all Toms posts are made for one reason only. To cause a stir.

8) Tom has made a promise to everyone to make a $100 donation to the board. He has then looked for every excuse in the book not to make it and as far as I know, still has not done so.

Chuck, I honestly dont know why you continue to support Tom. I think a lot of people respect you and I am very surprised by this.

There are currently only 4 people in the entire world on my "No-Trade list. 2 are no longer members, 1 has tried unsucessfully to sell his membership here on line, and the other is our friend Tom.
