Hmmm...Anyone dealt with this ebay seller? I got my virtual buttocks spanked in a similar auction a while back...

She does not include a picture, but I should have known from the description...but alas, did not check the fantasy chip site until after I won them

She lists some chips as "Casino chips" and says they are from Las Vegas, but it turns out several of those listed are just fantasy chips.

After MY auction, I emailed her and said, in effect "shame on me, but if you do it again, shame on you". I got no response.

Well, looks like she did it again.

She just emailed me this morning (2nd time in past two days) asking if I would leave positive feedback. here was my response:

Hi, I have never had my arm twisted for feedback before *L* No, I will not be posting feedback of any type. I appreciate your desire for feedback, but since two of the three chips received were FANTASY chips, not actual casino chips as the listing indicated, I don't feel I can give postitive feedback. However, seeing as I should have done my homework and discovered this prior to bidding, I cannont hold you completely to blame for that. I also see you have a vast majority of positive feedback, so I don't know for certain that there was any attempt to mislead. So, to avoid leaving non-positive feedback that would affect your rating as a seller, AND to avoid posting misleading positive feedback, my choice is to leave no feedback at all.

Thanks for what was otherwise a good transaction, and best of luck in your future auctions.

Now I run across someone (looking at her feedback) that was also dinged the same way, but left neutral feedback.

This really frosts my grandmother's preserves.

I know I said I would not leave feedback, and probably will not unless she sends another badgering or abusive email, then I will let'er rip.

I think she also does some good auctions also...but I just wish she would straighten up over the fantasy chips.
